Do you ever get the feeling that someone is watching you? If you have a smart phone, chances are that your every movement is being watched. Did you know that the average city living person is caught on camera at least 75 times a day? Well you can do everything you want to avoid cameras and change the security settings on your phone but that’s not going to stop Google from keeping an eye on you. We stumbled across a website that proves Google tracks your each and every movement based on your smart phone. Even if you’ve turned off your location services.
Once you land on the site you will be asked to log in. You use the same log in information you use on your phone. Yes you probably already have an account.
Once you log in, your movements over the last month will pop up like the plague.
The website uses Google apps or your Gmail account to verify and track the user.
We all know that most of our information is probably being stored by some secret government entities but this is not the government or used for security reasons. It’s Google!
You can turn these settings off and Google does offer instructions on how to do so here. It’s fairly easy to do however the site providing instructions is not very well-known.
If you are being tracked and would rather not be you might want to click here for instructions on how to change your security settings.
