Apparently taking selfies at the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin and either these people are too dumb to realize what they are doing or maybe they’re just some seriously inconsiderate idiots. The reason doesn’t matter, what matters is that these people are showing pure disrespect at a very somber site. Artist Shahak Shapira has had enough of the disrespect and decided to devote time to an art project named “Holocaust” with the hope of shaming the selfie takers at the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin.

I don’t think these tourists understand the gravity and the reverence that needs to be appreciated. Everything this memorial stands for is disrespected by their actions. I’m not sure if they understand exactly what they are doing and hopefully this heavy art installation brings awareness to what they are doing.
