Michael and April Wolber chose to have their wedding in Rock Spring Ranch in Oregon. They couldn’t wait for a beautiful outdoor wedding with all of their friends and family.
Except that when the ‘beautiful’ ceremony began, firefighters pulled up and warned the entire wedding party that the Two Bulls wildfire was heading straight towards their wedding, and it was moving very fast.

Not to let the wildfire ruin their big day, Michael and April finished their vows as fast as they could. They weren’t going to let this fire ruin their wedding.

The wildfire didn’t ruin the ceremony at all.

In fact, it made for some amazing pictures from their photographer Josh Newton.

Seriously, look at these photos.

After they rushed through their wedding, their friends left quickly to their backup location.

Unfortunately, the wildfire burned over 6,800 acres.

I think it’s beautiful that Michael and April didn’t let this wildfire get in the way of their wedding. While it was risky, the photos that they got out of it made it worth it.
