Some people dream of moving into a large home with plenty of space for things like crafts, cooking, and storage. But recently there has been a huge movement pushing for tiny houses. This has been a Tiny House Movement, also known as the Small House Movement. The goal is to have only what you need and reduce the impact on the environment, offering you clarity on the things that matter in life. Tiny houses are considered anything under 1,000 square feet. Here are 10 tiny houses that will make you reconsider the way you are living.

1. Colorado Retreat

This Colorado retreat is only 500 square feet, but with a loft and mountain views, you can’t really go wrong.

2. Massachusetts Bachelor Pad

This Massachusetts bachelor pad is perfect for one person. It has everything that’s needed including a staircase leading up to the bedroom in the loft.
3. Maryland Getaway

With this Maryland getaway, they didn’t let the small space get in the way of their design and decorating plans. I absolutely love the idea of a garage door that opens up to let in the fresh air and natural light.
4. Minnesota Hideout

This Minnesota hideout may make it feel like you are in an awesome tree house surrounded by nature. But once you are inside, it definitely doesn’t feel like you are in a tiny house.

5. New York Without The High Cost Of Living

This New York tiny house offers you as much space as any NYC apartment, but it has a bed in every nook, a pull down movie screen, and a yard.
6. Ohio Sanctuary

They didn’t let the small space get in the way of their imagination. They used colors to help accent certain parts of the home to give it a bigger feel.
7. Oregon Mobile Home

Not only does this Oregon mobile home have wheels so you can move it to the next best spot, but it has a garden on the roof. How cool is that? The inside definitely has a cabin feel to it as well.
8. Tennessee Family Home

This family home has 336 square feet, but has plenty of room for a family of 4 because they utilized every square inch of this tiny house.

This tiny house has less than 200 square feet, but also has a castle/playroom for the kids. This is really impressive.
10. Vermont Beauty

This house may look small from the outside, but inside it is large with all the necessary amenities.

Would you be able to live in a tiny home? I think if I didn’t have kids, I could definitely do it. With kids though, I need my space along with peace and quite on occasion. I love the idea of saving up a little bit of money over a period of time, selling everything that you don’t need and making the most out of your earnings. How great would it be to live in a tiny home without a house payment, and all you would have to afford are utilities.
