After Jamal Rutlege was arrested, he was sitting in jail waiting to be booked. While Officer Frankin Foulks was booking him, he slumped over and began losing consciousness. Not knowing what to do, the 17-year-old started yelling to get the attention of other police officers. Check out the video below.
I can’t believe they had to bring in the defibrillator and the fire department. Officer Foulks definitely must credit Rutlege with saving his life. Doctors said that if Jamal wouldn’t have gotten the attention of other officers so quickly, Foulks may not have made it to see another day.
