Tattoo Artist Who Lost His Arm Gets World’s First Tattoo Machine Prosthetic Arm

Tattoo Artist Who Lost His Arm Gets World's First Tattoo Machine Prosthetic Arm

Losing a limb would be a huge obstacle for almost anyone on the planet. Simple everyday tasks that were once second nature and taken for granted need to be thought about. You have to completely reinvent the way you go about certain tasks. Prosthetic limbs have come an extremely long way since their invention. We have now developed ones that can actually link to your muscles and respond to the electoral impulses from your brain! That is pretty cool if you as me. Never in my life though, have I seen anything quite like what a French artist just designed. This thing is awesome!

This is tattoo artist JC Sheitan Tenet. 22 years ago he lost his right arm. The thing is, he is a tattoo artist by trade. So not having the use of his dominant hand would be a problem.

Recently however, he received probably the coolest prosthetic I have ever seen, designed by French artist JL Gonzal.

The artist took an existing prosthetic and modified it into a tattoo gun!

I don’t really understand how it operates, but if it works as good as it looks, this thing must be awesome.

This is an incredible piece of machinery! This seriously looks like something out of movie. The astonishing part to me is that it was an artist who made this. I would never have thought of an artist creating a working piece of machinery like this. I would be interested to find out how JC Sheitan Tenet tattooed before he received this new prosthetic. Either way, this machine is amazing and the artist should be extremely proud of his work!
