We have seen some pretty creative ways for employees to quit their jobs. Some took a lot of guts, while others just took them being extra lazy. Either way, here are 7 epic ways that employees have actually quit their jobs and they’re pretty creative..
1. Borders Employees
Employees at Borders decided to give their own last opinion when they heard their store was closing for good. They listed out all of their complaints about customers on this big parchment for everyone to read.
2. The Banker
Greg Smith was a banker at Goldman Sachs and told his story about why he was quitting to The New York Times. He wrote a piece explaining he felt the bank was continually taking advantage of their clients and he wanted no part of it anymore.
3. The Flight Attendant
This Jet Blue employee was not having a good day at work. He cussed out a customer after being provoked. Then he grabbged a beer from the snack tray, drank it and then opened the emergency chute and slide down the slide. He was eventually arrested but I’m sure it was work it.
4. The News Reporter
A news reporter was reporting a story on live TV about a local marijuana club that outed herself as President of the club. After she finished the report, she then said, “F**k it, I quit.” and walked off the set. It left most anchors pretty stunned.
5. Taco Bell Employee
This disgruntled employee at Taco Bell got mad because he had been forced to work 22 days straight and wasn’t allowed a day off after requesting one. He decided to let everyone know how he felt by putting up this profans sign for all to see.

An employee quit a programming company called 2K but not before edting a Mario game first. He designed the game to show the words “I QUIT!” anytime a gamer scored points in the game.
7. The IT Designer
One designer was sick of how his boss was treating him so he decided to quit with something he was good at – the exact thing he was hired for. He crafted and designed this error message explaining what happens next. Hopefully it worked out for him.
Well, I guess that is one way to get your point across. I don’t know why it is so hard for people to quit their job the normal way by giving them a notice.
