Actors and actresses really are just regular people. Filming TV shows and movies, while not the most stressful thing in the world, can take its toll on someone. The constant change of travel and change of environment can cause a lot of stress. These behind the scenes photos of movie set secrets show though that while it can be stressful, it can be pretty darn fun too.
