Imagine war has broken out in your home country. Battles are being waged on your home soil. The sound of bombs dropping and gun fire is all around you. It’s only a matter of time before the enemy moves in and captures your city. What do you do? Well if you’re not a millionaire, you probably just wait for the inevitable to come and hope that you don’t get killed. Maybe there is an old WWII bunker you could hide out in for a bit. If you’re a millionaire though and had planned for this scenario, you would head down to where these pictures were taken. You would ride out the war in completely luxury and style, with plenty of room for your relatives and friends. This $1 billion bunker was built by Vivos Founder Robert Vicinio. He built it so millionaires can survive an entire year without ever leaving. Check out this amazing air raid shelter in Germany that is nothing like what you would normally expect.
Dubbed as the ‘Europa One Shelter’, the entrance to this amazing shelter looks like your typical shelter. It has a heavy steel door and for protection and this one even includes a platform to lower stuff down into the shelter.

If you’re lucky enough to get past the heavy-duty steel vault doors, you’ll come into the security center. The whole facility is able to be monitored from this room. It has radio connections to the outside world as well.

For the possibility of extended stays inside the shelter, it even has a seed room where you can grow vegetables and other plants. High powered grow lights hung from the ceiling provide the source of heat and light for the plants.

This is the air filtration system that allows for stale air to be pumped out and for fresh air to be brought in to supply the whole shelter. If this thing goes out then you’re pretty much screwed

This is a wall of air filters inside the bunker. This also help control the quality of the air throughout the air raid shelter.

The power system and water storage for the entire shelter.

You still need to stay in tip top shape while your city is being pummeled by bombs. So they made sure to put a couple of exercise machines in the shelter. You can’t very well leave your furry friends behind either. An entire wall is dedicated to kennels so your pet can stay down in the shelter with you.

Now we get to what makes this shelter different from any other. The 5 star amenities. Just look at this seating area. These couches are nicer than the ones I have at my place.

The scale of this place is unreal when you think that it is underground. This one area of the shelter is bigger than my entire house probably. There is plenty of seating as well, so all your family and friends can join you.

Forget being nice just for a shelter, this place would be nice if it was a luxury home above ground!

Look at those TWO massive refrigerators. This kitchen would make some professional chefs jealous. You have enough cabinet space to last quite a while down here.

If you’re looking for a way to spend a few million dollars, this may be a wise investment.

I guess the bathroom is a little plain though…

Alright, I guess it’s pretty nice. This place is absolutely unreal.

Spare bedrooms in case you get any survivors from the bombing runs.

They definitely need to fill up their movie collection more if they plan on staying down here for a while.

While this pool is amazing, I’m wondering how they are protected with that giant window right there. This must be above the air raid shelter.

This would be the master bedroom. You could sleep soundly in here, even knowing the world outside was getting blown to oblivion.

It even has a bar area. I probably wouldn’t be leaving this underground palace very much.

I have to say if the world were ending, this is the place I would want to be. Even if it doesn’t hold up to the bombing, you could live out the last few days of your life in absolute luxury. Whether it’s sipping drinks by the bar or taking a dip in the amazing pool, this place is like a 5 star resort. It’s unfortunate that you have to be insanely wealthy to afford something like this. This isn’t just about surviving, it’s about surviving in style.
