Recently, Reddit user botd44 shared how librarians are using books to help promote reading books in his hometown. They do this by taking different book covers and somehow associating it with real live people behind the books. This gives people an image of the book somehow coming to life.

I have to admit, I think this was a very clever way to get people to read books. Hopefully it works.
