There is a design company called Numen that specializes in these ‘Igloos’. This specific one below is set up in Vienna. It was built in 2013 and placed on the playground of an elementary school. The cool thing about this igloo is that it’s not even an igloo at all! Read below to see all that this great igloo design has to offer!
Step inside this giant igloo and it’s anything but ordinary.
It’s actually a really big jungle gym.
Instead of monkey bars to climb on, it’s made of strings to climb on.
It’s similar to climbing a 3D grid.
I wonder if the bottom inflates too just in case you slip!
The strings are very tightly bound together and can hold the weight of an adult.
When its deflated, there is a lot of loose string.
