Hyper realistic art is always extremely cool to look at. It can really blur the lines between what’s real and what’s not. There have been times where I have seen the same image over and over. After seeing it so many times, I could swear it’s just an actual picture only to be told it is a painting or a sketch. There are countless examples of art that really make you wonder whether it is real or not. Well these finger paintings by Zaria Foreman will definitely be making you question whether what you are looking at is a real picture or not.
It really is remarkable that fingers are the only thing that are used to make these incredible paintings. No detail brushes or any other tools.

At first glance, I would say the majority of us would think this is a picture taken with a high-resolution camera.

The mixing of the dark and light colors to create the look of a churning ocean is truly remarkable.

Using only your fingers to create these complex images must be an incredibly painstaking and detailed process.

I would really love to know how long a painting like this would take to complete.

It’s hard to believe that this is all from someone’s imagination. The detail is so great you would think she would have to have an exact picture to go off of.

Hyper realistic art is something I’ve always enjoyed, and these paintings are no exception.

I love the subject of the paintings as well. Icebergs are absolutely beautiful in person, and these paintings don’t take away any of that.

I feel like I could stare at these forever.

Even a keen eye would have a hard time discerning this from a photograph. You really have to understand how shadowing and lighting come into play to pull this off.

The anatomy of the wave is incredibly accurate and detailed, I really feel like I’m standing on a beach.

The ability to recreate reflection in the water is absolutely exquisite. I could never do this in my wildest dreams.

I love that all these paintings involve water in some form. It seems like water would be one of the more difficult things to capture in art because of its ever-changing nature. This artist really does have some incredible talent and these pieces really deserve some attention. This is something that only a handful of people would ever be able to accomplish. I for one would buy one of these incredible pieces of art in a heartbeat and hang it proudly in my home.
