A few years back, I walked into a Petsmart adoption event and saw the cutest little Chihuahua trembling in the corner. Have you ever seen Shrek? Picture the cat, Puss In Boots begging to get what he wants with those sweet, innocent eyes. Fast forward a few months and this dog is literally the biggest psycho I’ve ever met. Like horror movie kind of psycho. I’m talking about the kind that bites strangers ankles just for fun. If he were bigger, you would have seen him on the news for multiple murders and mayhem throughout the country.
Lucky for you, artist Grace Gogerty (aka Little Tunny) has created a very funny yet accurate guide to adopting your next dog (or maybe just learning a little more about your current dog). Where was this guide when I adopted my Chihuahua? Next time I adopt a furry friend, I’m putting this guide in my pocket. The artist also clearly warns us that Chihuahuas can be a “wild card” so you never know what you’re getting. If you have a Chihuahua, let me know its personality in the comments because I’m convinced they are all little murderous psychopaths.

So, what do you think? Pretty accurate? I have a pit bull who is the sweetest baby ever but will shake and hide if a leaf moves the wrong way. I think this artist really hit the nail on the head.
