These 14 goats were too mean for their own good so their owners decided to tame them the best way they know how. By sticking pool noodles or whatever they could on their pointy goat horns! This at least softens the unexpected blows by these bad boys. They may not have their goats under control but they sure do make for some hilarious photos.
