I don’t know about you, but I have been craving a vacation lately. I want to go somewhere tropical, on the beach, or somewhere warm. That is why when I saw this in the ocean, I was floored.
This right here is not what you imagine it to be.

A little closer, do you have a clue yet?

My friends, that is the first ever floating hotel room.

The floating hotel room is actually situated in the center of a blue hole, an area of the coral reef approximately 164 feet wide where the sea drops to 39 feet deep during high tide.

But the part that is really fun is that you are about 5 feet underwater when you are in your actual room.

The Manta Resort recently unveiled its Underwater Room, a three-floor suite that floats beside a thriving coral reef and boasts a submerged master bedroom surrounded by windows to view the local sea life.

It is located on the tropical Pemba Island in Zanzibar.

Would you stay in this amazing hotel? I know I would in a heartbeat. The cost per night, for 2 people, is $1500 and that is in addition to the resort and hotel fees you would pay as well. But, I think it is worth every penny.
