It’s every kid’s dream to have an amazing bedroom, but what this dad did blew my mind. Designer Steve Kuhl knew he wanted to make his son’s room special and give him more than he ever had as a child, but look at what he did:
There is a bridge leading over to the actual bed in the room.
A ladder leading up to the bridge.
Yes, that is an actual pirate ship in the room. Notice the amazing paint job on the walls too?
The view when you look into the room.
I love the details in the sky and the paint of the fish on the walls.
And what room would be complete without its own slide?
With a soft landing of course.
The room also features a rope that leads to the closet.
My favorite part, the wheel to steer the ship of course. On the deck of the ship there is a real crow’s nest where the children can climb up. There’s also space for a guest bed.
