As parents, we always try to make the best out of every situation, especially when it comes to our kids. Like when they are throwing a fit about not wanting dinner, so you make airplane noises while feeding them. Or they scrape their knee and we try to be as silly as possible to help take their mind off their pain. Well this awesome dad and Reddit user, Gfgrubb, went above and beyond to make his daughter feel better about her situation. His daughter, Layla, was born with a small cataract in her right eye that clouds her vision. Her doctors asked that she wear an eye patch for 2 hours a day to help the right eye develop correctly. Because Layla is so young, she really hates wearing the eye patch. He needed to find a solution since it was imperative that she wear the patch. What better way to deal with the problem, than make a funny eye patch. What he did next is hilarious, adorable and it really worked!
