The Rosenberg, Texas Police Department has a very active Facebook page. Police officers, Aerial Ronell and Ranell Roy of the Rosenberg Police Department recently took a moment to create a video of themselves lip syncing Katy Perry’s “Dark Horse” inside their patrol car. Ronell says they made the video, “to show people that we’re just people, just like everybody else.” The duo’s “Hip Hop Cops” lip-sync video instantly went viral Thursday after it was shared on the Rosenberg Police Department’s Facebook page
