I feel like there HAS to be a fantastic story behind this video, but I have no idea what it is. There are a lot of crazy things you might see going past a cop car with its lights flashing. But most of those crazy things would involve suspects, not police officers. None of the things I would expect to see are anything like what I just witnessed. This cop looks like he’s in some serious trouble. I’m just glad that this driver was able to capture this unfold on a camera phone. I feel bad for doing so, but I can’t stop laughing at this cop in trouble.
Did you notice the guy in the green shirt standing there watching the cop in trouble? You never want to approach an annoyed cop. Especially one that is stuck upside down flailing around in the rain. I think the fact that he is kicking his legs like it’s going to help his situation makes it that much funnier. It’s almost like a scene from a funny movie. But yes, I do feel bad for laughing.
