Few things are more refreshing than going for a swim on a hot summers day, but this whole virus thing is really making it difficult for people to do that this season. Unless you are one of the lucky few who live near a body of water, odds are you will not get to spend much time cooling off in a pool, ocean, or lake this summer. To combat this issue, people are bringing the beach to their homes by installing ‘Sand Pools’ in their backyards. A sand pool is just like any typical backyard pool but instead of blistering concrete to lining the edges of the pool, it is filled with the soft stuff you find at the beach, silky golden sand. These luxurious pools are nearly unmistakable from a natural tide pool or beach, the only difference is this one is in your own backyard.

Otherwise the sand pool is genius.
